Clutch, Cylinder and Brake Fluid Author: Young, B. Covers: A couple of months ago I took the Healey 3000 BJ8 out for a lunch cruise with the St. Johns Austin-Healey Club. We were meeting at one of our favorite Pubs in St. Augustine, Florida. As I turned into the car park, the clutch pedal went to the floor, not disengaging the clutch. After a couple of pumps, the clutch disengaged, and I was able shift the gears again. Marque

Five members from the Wisconsin Chapter decided to go off on their own and research the viability of hosting a conclave on Wisconsin soil. Tech Sessions Author: Seaman, J. Covers: The Monday afternoon presentation by John Calhoun of Historic Race Circuits discussed the early history of road racing in the Village of Elkhart Lake. Following the Monday Historic Race Circuits presentation, Mike Korneli provided a very informative tech session on his 1949 Healey Silverstone and the car’s ownership and racing history at the Elkhart Lake Road Races in 1950 and 1951. On Tuesday afternoon of Conclave week, Tom Kovacs shared his memories of Geoff Healey and Roger Menadue. On Wednesday afternoon of Conclave week, Jack Rawles shared his experiences racing the Bill Rawles Big Healey at the Healey World Challenge at Road America the weekend before Conclave 2024. Marque
